MALDI Biotyper
	1.	59주의 CF에서 57주의 균종 및 균속이 확인이 되었으며 균종은 50.8 %, 균속은 45.8 %가 동정 되었다.
	2.	46주의 non-CF에서 44주가 동정 되었으며 63.0 %가 균종 수준으로 동정 되었으며, 26.1 %가 균속 수준으로 동정이 되었다.
	Phoenix
	1.	1. Phoenix를 이용한 동정결과로는 CF에서 25.4 %가 균종 수준까지 동정이 되었으며 64.4%가 균속 수준까지 동정이 되었다. (Table 1).
	2.	2. Non-CF에서는, 58.7 %가 균종 수준 30.4 % 균속 수준까지 동정이 되었다. (Table 2).

1.	Brevibacillus borstelensis, Bordetella hinzii and Paenibacillus spp were not included in Phoenix database.
2.	Brevindomonas terrae was not included in MALDI-TOFF MS database.
3.	Pseudomonas plecoglossicida was not included in both MALDI Biotyper and Phoenix databases.

	Reference 분석법(16s rRNA gene sequencing)과 비교하여 MALDI 분석법은 93.3 %의 일치율을 보였고 Phoenix 분석법은 89.5 %의 일치율을 보였다.

	MALDI Biotyper는 값싸고 효율적인 방법이며, 많은 종 다양성이 존재하는 CF에서도 정확하고 빠른 동정이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다.
	Conventional method와 비교하여 MALDI Biotyper를 이용한 동정 법은 비교 검증에서 더 높은 신뢰도를 보였다.
	정확하고 많은 동정을 위하여 MALDI Biotyper의 score 값의 thresholds를 최적화할 숙제가 남아있다. 새로운 cutoff values와 함께 낮은 threshold 값을 이용 하면 더욱 많고 정확한 동정을 할 수 있을 것이라 예상된다.
