16S rDNA gene sequencing (ABI PRISM 3100, Applied Biosystems, USA) À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© °á°úÀÇ ºñ±³ È®ÀÎ ÀÛ¾÷À» ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Biotyper system¿¡¼­ score cut-offs °ªÀº ¸ÞÀÌÄ¿¿¡¼­ ÁöÁ¤ÇÑ ¼Ó ¼öÁØ 2 ÀÌ»ó, Á¾ ¼öÁØ 1.7 ~ 2 ¹üÀ§·Î ÁöÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
