Èê·ÁÁØ ¼öºÐ°¡½ºÀÇ »ó´ë½Àµµ´Â °¢°¢ ¾Æ·¡¿Í °°´Ù.

- From 5% RH at 40¡É, which corresponds to 0.45g/m3 at 1500¡É
- From 90% RH at 70¡É, which corresponds to 34.33g/m3 at 1500¡É
