* NIR Spectrometer를 이용한 Process Control During UV-Curing of Acrylates
NIR Spectrometer의 다양한 응용분야 중에서 "Process Control During UV-Curing of Acrylates"에 대해서 알아보도록 하겠다.

- 측정 원리

Web (Foil, Paper) 또는 Conveyor 위의 Probe에서 UV-Curing 과정을 통과한 Coating을 Whitelight로 조명한다.
Probe로부터 얻어진 반사된 빔을 이용하여 PC에서 Converted Acrylate (i.e. UV-Curing Degree)를 산출한다.

소프트웨어는 독일의 Institute for Surface Modification과 공동 개발하였다.
