Dear Madam or Sir,
we own a S-3100 UV-spectrometer running with Labpro Plus. After Installing Windows XP Prof. (SP3, all up_dates, all drivers) and LabPro Plus (build 350.0) we now see communication problems between the UV device and PC: When startung LabPro a windows opens (InstCtrl) and showing "USB Receive Data Time Out - Ɛ/84)". After roughly one minute a second window opens, showing "USB TX Data Time Out".
We have absolutely no idea what to do and we kindly ask for technical assistance.
